Legal
Sub-processors
These are the providers that process data on Searchestra's behalf, where they process it and on what legal basis data is transferred there. The list is published from our processor registry, not written by hand.
When we add a provider, or change where or on what basis a provider processes data, we publish the change here and notify organization owners and registered legal or security contacts 30 days before it takes effect. To object to a change, contact us at team@searchestra.com.

Other third-party recipients
Providers that process data Searchestra is responsible for itself (for example account and billing data), that act as an independent controller for their own part (for example a payment provider acting as merchant of record), or that only receive public, non-personal data.
Searchestra services
Services we run ourselves on the same infrastructure. No data leaves our hosting provider for these.
Transfer mechanisms
- Adequacy decision: the destination country is recognized as providing an adequate level of protection.
- EU standard contractual clauses: the European Commission's model clauses for transfers outside the EU.
- KVKK standard contract: the standard contract for transfers from Türkiye under the Personal Data Protection Law.
- Binding corporate rules: approved rules for transfers within a provider's group.
- Under review: we are still confirming the legal basis for this transfer. We say so rather than claim a basis we have not verified.
See our Privacy Notice for what each provider receives.
