Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Searchestra. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Searchestra measures how AI answer engines describe brands and categories and provides analytics, benchmarking and recommendations. Measurements are estimates derived from third-party AI outputs, which change over time; they are provided for informational and strategic use.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and, where you act for an organization, be authorized to do so.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Searchestra to break the law or infringe others' rights.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Do not resell or misrepresent measurements as guaranteed outcomes.
  • Respect the terms of any third-party AI provider whose keys you connect.

4. Your data & measurements

You retain rights to the inputs you provide. You grant us the rights needed to process them to run scans and produce your dashboards. We report only what we actually collect and never fabricate measurement data.

5. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

6. Intellectual property

Searchestra, its software, design and content are owned by {{LEGAL ENTITY NAME}} and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that AI-derived measurements are complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Searchestra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Term & termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and its users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
