What the terms mean
What you can export
Each entry is a file in the export package. Records are JSON arrays; large tables are also provided as CSV. Files such as reports are included in their original format. Every package has a manifest with a SHA-256 checksum for each file.

What is not part of the export
Records Searchestra keeps to run and secure the service. Personal data in them can be requested through a personal data request.
Where your data is processed
The locations of the infrastructure that stores and processes customer data for this service. Providers outside this region are listed on the sub-processors page.
Safeguards against government access from outside the region
Technical, organisational and contractual measures that are in place in the product today.
